The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Thryve Peptides (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

Visit www.thryvepep.com and sign up for the Thryve email marketing list during the Sweepstakes Period.
This earns one (1) entry.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Signup Required
To enter without joining the email list, send an email to:

with the subject line “Free Year Entry”, and include your full name.
This earns one (1) entry.
Both entry methods are treated equally.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publicly share their first name and first initial of last name for announcement and promotional purposes.
9. Privacy
Email signup entrants will be added to the Sponsor’s marketing list.
AMOE entrants will not be added unless they opt in.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
